I am a graduated from the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia. While studying, I was active in discussing in class and participating in various organizational activities, both on and off campus. Apart from that, I often volunteered and did internships while studying, especially in the field of human resources.

Job: Spearheaded end-to-end recruitment processes, screening 50+ CVs daily and sourcing 30+ candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and JobStreet, ensuring a 100% interview-ready pipeline; Conducted 6+ interviews daily, achieving a weekly hire rate of 3 Senior Account Executives while meeting tight deadlines and exceeding recruitment targets; Built and maintained relationships with new hires, improving employee retention, and regularly presenting recruitment progress to the Talent Acquisition General Supervisor.
Job: Supported end-to-end recruitment processes for over 50+ candidates, by conducting sourcing via JobStreet and internal databases, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation; Administered and scored psychological assessments (DISC, PAPI, Kraepelin, WPT, CFIT) for 30+ internal candidates and 20+ scholarship applicants for the Korea scholarship program, ensuring timely and accurate candidate profiling; Maintained continuous communication with 40+ active candidates throughout the hiring pipeline via email and social media,ensuring positive candidate experience and timely updates during all stages of selection.
Job: Studying issues of violence against women in various sectors, especially the education sector; Checking the implementation of Kemendikbudristek No. 30 & 46 in school and tertiary environments as well as the; Decree of the Director General of Education, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5494 in state Islamic universities in Indonesia;Search for and contact partner participants in the training that will be conducted by Komnas Perempuan
