I am a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bina Nusantara University, who previously graduated from D3 Graphic Engineering at Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif Jakarta. I have a deep interest in the world of manufacturing industry and digital design, including PPIC, QC, Production, manufacturing, sales, and graphic design divisions. I have 6 months of professional experience as a digital marketing as well as sales with responsibilities such as conducting market research, identifying target customers, designing marketing of a product on social media and successfully marketing it according to predetermined targets, communicating internally and externally.

In addition, I have also practiced field work in the industrial world for 6 months at PT Prima Honeycomb International. Learning the duties of PPIC, QC, and Production. Including setting up Production Schedule, Organizing, recording, and inputting raw materials, sorting equipment to meet production needs, Product Inspection, solving quality problems that arise during the production process, recording production data, identifying and handling quality problems, analyzing the cause of the problem, and implementing corrective actions to ensure products meet quality standards by using PDCA method and 7 tools.

With a strong academic foundation and practical experience, Hasna is eager to learn any knowledge, take on new challenges and make a positive impact. I can thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver innovative solutions.

Digital Designer at Freelance (2023-11 – 2023-11)

• Create a display on the web in the plant cabinet business, so that customers can see the temperature in the cupboard and turn on the lights using only a handphone and making this web display using FIGMA
• Create a catalog for wedding delivery products, by combining colors so that it is comfortable to see and attracts the attention of those who see it FIGMA

Internship - PPIC, Production, QC at PT. Prima Honeycomb Internasional (2023-02 – 2023-07)

• Create inventory planning using BIO plan. In BIO plan, order planning (I = inventory) is based on the production plan (O = Out), the next month's planning stock (B = Balance), and month-end stock (B = Balance)
• Planning the amount of production using IPS (Inventory Production Schedule). This IPS determines the amount of production (P) based on the next month's inventory plan (I), this month's sales planning (S = Sales), and this month's inventory (I)
• Create production schedules for a number of P on IPS based on cycle time and delivery schedules to customers
• Monitor whether products are manufactured with the machines and equipment used according to the schedule and instructions given
• Perform basic quality checks during the production process before being given to the QC department
• Checking and repairing the process if there are defective products from production
• Calibrate tools
• Conduct visual inspection of products to ensure product quality is in line with specifications
• Monitor the production process to identify and address quality issues before the product reaches the final stage
• Create reports and document inspection results, analyze causes of problems, and implement corrective actions to ensure products meet quality standards using PDCA method and 7 tools

Sales Event - Part Time at Sausage Kimbo (2022-07 – 2022-07)

• Negotiate directly with customers who come to the store
• Offer some products directly to customers
• Explaining the products offered with interesting words related to the products offered so that customers are convinced and interested in buying them
• Record and report how many products have been sold to superiors every day

Internship - Brand Ambassador at Internasional - Model United Nation (2021-05 – 2021-07)

• As the brand ambassador of the event simulating a conference of the diplomatic process and official meetings used by the UN
