I am a professional in the automotive manufacturing industry with progressive experience ranging from operator-level positions to leadership roles. My career began as a Stamping Operator and continued as a Welding Operator, where dedication, consistency, and leadership capabilities led to my promotion as a Welding Leader. In this role, I am responsible for coordinating team activities, ensuring production processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the company's quality standards.

I am also experienced in handling shop-floor challenges, making quick and effective decisions, and fostering strong communication among team members to achieve production targets optimally. Responsible for managing and ensuring all assembly production activities are carried out safely, effectively, and efficiently while meeting quality standards, production targets, delivery requirements, and company policies.

• Ensured the implementation of 5S practices, safety regulations, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and company procedures throughout the production area.
• Conducted daily pre-shift briefings to communicate production targets, job assignments, operational issues, and safety requirements to team members.
• Verified production readiness based on the 4M concept (Man, Machine, Material, and Method) before the start of production activities.
• Controlled and validated production start-up (Dandory) processes to ensure smooth operation and proper documentation.
