As network engineer in maintenance team I responsible for maintaining and supporting daily network operations in enterprise and banking environments. My role focuses on network device maintenance, firewall management, preventive maintenance, and resolving operational issues to ensure service stability and business continuity.

Network Operations & Infrastructure Support

• Ensure stable and reliable network operations across enterprise and banking environments through daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network devices, both remotely and onsite, to minimize service disruption and downtime.

Firewall Management

• Manage firewall operations, including configuration backup, staging, and Access Control List (ACL) implementation based on business and security requirements.
