I’m a Final Year Bachelor of Science student majoring in Information Systems at President University, currently in the process of expanding my career from a Web Developer & Designer to Human Resources Management with a strong willingness to learn, adaptability, keen attention to detail, effective interpersonal communication, and collaborative teamwork. Despite lacking working experience in Human Resources Management, I believe my technological background and past working experience as a Coding Instructor have equipped me with valuable knowledge and skills that can help me become proficient in Human Resources Management. Coupled with basic Human Resources Management skills that I've learned through coursework, I continuously seek opportunities to join progressive companies or organizations, gaining valuable experiences, and further expanding my skills across various fields.

Coding Instructor

• Collaboratively planning, preparing, and delivering coding lessons to students in English for effective communication and comprehension.
• Keeping track of students' progress by creating class summaries, milestone certificates, and reviewing and improving lesson plans, all conducted in English.
• Providing regular feedback to students in English to assist them in achieving their lesson goals and improving their coding skills.
• Participating in company projects, coding events, and internal or external activities to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
• Giving the company ideas and feedback regarding technological and non-technological development to help improve its programs and services.
• Taking the initiative to perform additional tasks based on personal interests and skills according to the company's needs.
