Let me introduce myself, my name is Made Surya Septiawan, in my previous experience I worked as a customer service provider. My company PT Vads is an outsourcing company where I am entrusted to handle several projects with different businesses such as Market Place, Expedition Services, Film Watching Platform, Insurance, and electric motorbike rental. In this case, I of course focus on the KPIs for each project that have been previously agreed and maintain the team's performance with the plans that have been prepared so that operations remain on target.
