In 2009, I transitioned from the airline industry to the non-bank financial industry, and I have been working in this sector ever since. Currently, I serve as the Head of the Operations Department at BNI Finance. Throughout my career in the non-bank financial industry, I have been involved in several projects, both self-initiated projects and projects from other departments or divisions.
