• Developed a knowledge management system to design operational, marketing, financial, and human resource procedures, ensuring effective implementation of company goals, processes, and culture.
• Generated over IDR 2.5 billion+ in revenue from the Food and Beverage sector since the company was founded in 2022 until the rebranding period.
• Efficiently resolved internal company conflicts with mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Led accommodation business expansion from 11 to 15 rooms through a partnership with RedDoorz.

• Managed promotional content for Instagram, growing the account to over 3,000 followers, and TikTok to over 100 followers.
• Handled relationships with business partners such as MUA, venues, wedding organizers, and other vendors.
