• Took part in the HPE Cloudera server implementation from the start: staging, rack mounting, power cabling, basic server setup, and OS installation.
• Operated and maintained 112+ HPE enterprise servers in a production banking environment using HPE OneView and iLO, working a rotating shift schedule for 3 years.
• Diagnosed and resolved hardware alerts involving disks, NICs, and SFP modules, opened tickets for hardware incidents, and supported hardware replacement and server maintenance.
• Took part in firmware upgrades (including HPE iLO) across 112 servers and performed preventive maintenance.
• Ran daily infrastructure health checks and analyzed system logs to catch issues before they affected service.
• Troubleshot Linux network connectivity and NIC bonding issues, and installed and administered Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
