I am a Law graduate from the University of North Sumatra, my thesis discusses the Legal Review of the Employment Law No.13 of 2003. Since then I began to study the field of HR and the beginning of my career was as a Personnel until I became an HR Manager in a Start Up Company operating in the field the Production. Furthermore, I continue to focus on the HR field until now. I also understand the legal field because of my legal background. I have the ambition to become a Professional HR.

My strengths are: able to adapt to an environment or a team, able to work both individually and in a team, Public Speaking, likes challenges, likes new things, has a strong memory, and Leadership.

• Manager HRD/2020-2022/PT. Multah Sejati Bahagia

1. Record employee attendance, permits and leave and check employee attendance and equipment.
2. Supervise product production and also ensure the quality of the products to be sent is in accordance with company standards.
3. Create employee shift schedules for operators and laborers. 
4. Carry out recruitment, tests and interviews of prospective candidates. 
5. Make employment contracts (PKWT) for employees in accordance with the Employment Law. 
6. Input employee data into the company folder. 
7. Evaluate employee performance according to company standards.
8. Guide employees to comply with company SOP.
9. Manage company legalities such as company deeds and NIB then input them into a special folder.
10. Checking the availability of ingredients for products such as caustic soda and salt. 
11. Assist the President Director in making reports to investors. 
12. Give rewards to employees after evaluation.

• Staff HR & Legal/2023-Sekarang/PT. Garda Bangsa Securindo

1. input and ensure completeness of employee data into HRIS.
2. Coordinate with operations in terms of security assignments and nominate new candidates if there are changes. 
3. Carry out recruitment, interviews and selection of prospective candidates. 
4. Make a work contract (PKWT) in accordance with the Employment Law. 
5. Checking legality and providing legality files for operational purposes.
6. Receive and respond to all forms of complaints and complaints from security in the field and coordinate with other divisions to provide solutions.
7. Create a client cooperation contract from company to client and check the cooperation contract from the client to see whether it is in accordance with the agreement. 
8. Managing legalities and checking company legality. 
9. Carry out patrols with operational divisions to evaluate and check the security situation in the field. 
10. Provide guidance to Security regarding Employment Contracts and the law for each joint training.

Saya Sarjana Hukum prodi Hukum Perdata lulusan Universitas Sumatera Utara dengan IPK 3.03. Skripsi saya berjudul "Tinjauan Hukum terhadap Perjanjian Kerjasama antara PT. Garda Bangsa dengan Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Sumatera Utara sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003.
