QA / QC Executive responsible for quality management and execution of QC plans

• Execution of QC plan based on the need and requirements, ensure to QC staff for effectiveness of working on quality system, monitor all QC process
• Manage customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure quality systems are compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards

QA Supervisor at PT. VOLEX INDONESIA (2023-01 – 2024-01)

QA Supervisor responsible for supervising and controlling QA/QC activities

• Supervise and control QA/QC activities to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
• Conduct inspections and testing using relevant testing instruments
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions

QA Supervisor at PT. EPSON BATAM (2011-01 – 2022-12)

QA Supervisor responsible for leading and coordinating quality control processes

• Lead and coordinate the quality control process for incoming inspection, process line, and OQC inspection
• Involved in investigating and resolving any abnormalities found in incoming materials, process lines, and OQC
