• Day payable outstanding (DPO) reviewed and explained
• Consider reasons if due liabilities are not paid
• Check how much AP balance is reconciled with debtors
• Ageing structure/ overdue list of AP prepared and analyzed
• Updating the vendor list regularly
• Ensuring the accuracy amount of invoice and the completeness of the document
