I lead engineering teams that build and ship digital products in a mining environment, which means the systems have to work when it matters most and the team has to move fast enough to keep up with operational demands. At PT Indo Tambangraya Megah, I own the full delivery lifecycle for the platforms running coal operations across five subsidiaries: from scoping with Product Managers and operational stakeholders, through engineering standards and architecture, to production release and incident response. The systems my team maintains track 300+ heavy equipment units at 99.9% uptime, and every engineering decision we make gets tested against that reality.

What I've been investing heavily in over the past few years is building AI into the engineering workflow, not just as a developer productivity tool but as a genuine part of how the team designs, tests, and ships software. I've introduced AI agents and tools including Claude, GitHub Copilot, and others directly into the team's engineering workflow, and I've shipped production AI-powered applications to operational stakeholders. I've seen firsthand how this changes what a small team can deliver, and I know what governance and safeguards need to be in place to make it work responsibly at scale.

That combination of mining domain experience and hands-on AI engineering is what I bring to this role.

• Designed a vendor-agnostic IoT integration architecture via Axway API Gateway ingesting telemetry from GPS, fuel, tire pressure, fatigue cameras, and smartwatch sensors — leveraging existing platform components and avoiding redundant custom solutions.
• Collaborate closely with operational Product Managers on feature scoping, roadmap feasibility, and priority alignment, holding the engineering team accountable for outcomes and successful implementation.
• Restructured CI/CD pipeline and containerization strategy (Docker/Kubernetes), cutting deployment time in half and reducing post-release defects by roughly 60%.
