I believe IT Support is not just about fixing problems it's about keeping business operations running smoothly. That's why I continuously develop my skills, backed by CCNA & IT Essentials certifications from Cisco Networking Academy.

Internship (Fingerspot Experience Mall Ambassador) at PT. FINET CITRA PARAHYANGAN

• Menyelesaikan rata-rata 7–10 insiden/hari via help desk (Private Message & on-site) dengan tingkat kepuasan klien korporat tinggi, menggunakan SOP troubleshooting terstruktur sesuai SLA.
• Mengelola IT asset 20+ klien korporat (perangkat biometrik fingerprint & face recognition) inventaris terdokumentasi dan terdata dengan baik di CRM (Customer Relationship Management) perushaan selama 12 bulan magang.
• Nol insiden keamanan selama operasional, melalui konfigurasi least privilege access & penyusunan SOP keamanan jaringan untuk tim internal.
• Resolusi gangguan remote <2 jam/kasus untuk 20+ klien via diagnosis troubleshooting software & panduan setup TeamViewer / AnyDesk (on-site & remote).
