1. PT Well Harvest Winning Alumina Refinery - DCS & Field Operator

• Conduct routine field monitoring and diagnose process anomalies across key assets including high pressure vessels, preheaters, evaporators, cyclones, flash tanks, and slurry pumps. Detecting leaks, line plugging, and differential pressure spikes while collaborating with Control Room / DCS operator to execute real-time corrective actions, field parameter adjustments, equipment switchovers, and unit startup or shutdown procedures.
• Managed pre-maintenance preparations and equipment isolation for critical assets (high-pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and cyclones), strictly enforcing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures to guarantee safe execution.
• Executed unit startup and shutdown procedures using concentrated sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄) and caustic soda (NaOH), strictly adhering to hazardous chemical handling SOPs and HSE standards.
• Executed routine feed pump changeovers or switchovers and field switchings to maintain continuous slurry flow, preventing pump cavitation, mechanical seal damage, and line blockages.
