• Contacting and directing customers to carry out the process of updating data in the Go-Biz application. On the average each month can direct 100-120 successful customers for updating data.
• For customers on behalf of company (PT/CV/UD) if there is a lack of data (identity update, deed of Incorporation, LoA) we must contact them to and ask them to send it again by email after we sent our company letter first
• During registration if our customer had data issue like unclear/vague (wrong selfie with ID, invalid bank account number, invalid ID number) we had to remind and guide them to resend it back
