• Identify, document, and track bugs or issues, working with the development team to resolve them.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new updates do not affect existing functionality.
• Use tools such as Postman to test APIs efficiently.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Log, track, and manage issues and test progress using Jira.

I'am as software tester. Focus for make testcase, bugs report and, doing manual testing to some of internal product for the company operation, like a website, desktop app and mobile app. We using asana for the project management and report bugs to the dev team. I collaborate to the Implementation team for user feedback after program run to production.

• Create test case more than 10 application for internal user
• Understand the flowchart, design UI, and Bussiness Requirement Document (BRD) prepared by the system analyst
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developer, ui/ux, business analyst, and project manager, to clarify requirement and resolve issue
• Make documentation screen capture of bugs and screen record of running all test case
• Report bugs to developer using Asana tools and retesting bugs fixes
• Create and run test case for automation especially functional testing and UI testing using internal automation program

Quality Assurance - Tomps Indonesia - Jakarta, Indonesia

I joined Telkom's real project, namely Tomps, as a Quality Assurance Intern for 6 months. I focus on carrying out manual testing and collaborating with the dev team to resolve bugs found so that we can improve our software product. Through this internship I also increase my experience of Scrum.

• Create and run test case for manual testing on the tomps project in the form of functional testing and ui/ux testing
• Handling 2 product of Tomps is Project Managent and Aset Management product
• Do scrum methode for every 2 weeks as daily sprint, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
• Report bugs to developer using Jira internal Tomps
• Deploy test in stage and production environtment after deploying project
• Following meeting to do user testing (UAT)
