Successfully represented the client in the cassation appeal before the Supreme Court, which overturned the Industrial Relations Court's decision.
• Represented a foreign-owned company in a civil lawsuit relating to the procurement of outsourcing services before the Pasuruan District Court, including post-judgment proceedings by filing an opposition to the execution order in execution process involving multidistrict litigation.
• Represented the Respondent in a property dispute before the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) involving a major Japanese property developer in Jakarta. Assisted in developing the defense strategy, preparing and pursuing a counterclaim, and participating in negotiations toward a prehearing settlement.
• Successfully guided Foreign-Owned Company in dealing with an illegal strike by a labour union resulting from a non-payment of discretionary bonus. Also assisted the Client in issuing warning letters to the striking employees as the strike was deemed to be illegal.
• Representing foreign individual as the accused party in a police report including in the course of investigation, filing pre-trial motion at South Jakarta District Court and filing a State Administrative Lawsuit in relation to Travel Ban by Indonesia Government.
• Represented a Foreign-Owned Company in an employment dispute concerning the termination of 21 fixed-term employees, from the bipartite negotiation stage and mediation before the Manpower Office (Dinas Ketenagakerjaan) through to trial at the Bandung Industrial Relations Court, including file for appeal to the Supreme Court.
