More than 11 years experience for 2G/3G/4G Drive Test Analysis and optimization, deep familiar for Tems Investigation, MapInfo, Nemo Analyze, Tems Discovery, Genex Assistant, Genex probe, Survey and collect data, analyze data and make report and documentations, provide recommendations for optimization, work in team and coordinate with others, make covplot with Atoll, Update Engineering Parameter, having experience with multi vendor such as Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, NEC, Harris, Alcatel, ZTE, Ceragon. VLAN validation, Live optim Drive test with physical tuning and parameter at U2020. Having good operate for Mic Office,ArcMap and Auto CAD
