Rizky Revaldy

I am an Industrial Engineering graduate from Trisakti University who is highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and collaborative spirit. I have experience in improving production processes to increase productivity and capacity, as well as reducing lead time through flow process mapping, MUDA identification, and kaizen. I also focus on productivity improvement through standardized work (SW), including manpower motion analysis, MUDA elimination, and continuous improvement.

In addition, I have experience in calculating capacity and loading, as well as simulating production lines to prevent line stoppages. I am a quick learner who adapts easily to new environments. I have a strong interest in Production and Manufacturing, particularly in process efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Operation Management Development at PT. INTI GANDA PERDANA (2025-08 – 2026-04) • Initiate continuous improvement in manufacturing operations and supporting areas to optimize production processes.

• Improve productivity and production capacity through process enhancement and effective resource utilization.
• Reduce process lead time through flow process mapping, MUDA identification, and kaizen activities.

PELABUHAN INDONESIA (PERSERO) (2023-07 – 2023-08) • Guiding ships during the berthing process by ensuring smooth and safe procedures, while coordinating with relevant parties such as pilots, tugboats, and port authorities.
• Calculating the cost of goods on board based on the type, quantity, and value of cargo, while considering applicable tariffs and port regulations.
• Providing an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for ships by taking into account factors such as weather conditions, ocean currents, vessel speed, and port traffic density.
• Calculating the duration of a ship's berthing by considering the time required for loading and unloading operations, refueling, vessel maintenance, and other factors affecting operational efficiency at the port.
• Receiving and processing berthing requests from ships, including assessing berth availability, scheduling arrivals, and handling the necessary permits and administrative documents to ensure a smooth berthing process. Healthy, Social, Safety, & Environment at PT. PELABUHAN INDONESIA (PERSERO) (2023-06 – 2023-07) • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to control and minimize the likelihood and severity of hazards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and work procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, standards, and codes relevant to port operations.

Laboratory

Assistant of Work System Design & Ergonomics at TRISAKTI UNIVERSITY (2022-08 – 2024-01) • Developing learning materials for practicum sessions in Work System Design & Ergonomics to enhance students' understanding of theoretical and practical applications.

• Creating assessments to evaluate students' understanding of the material and ensuring effective learning outcomes.
• Conducting practicum sessions and guiding students in understanding and applying concepts of ergonomics and work system design through hands-on experiments and case studies.
• Providing support to lecturers in managing laboratory activities to ensure smooth and efficient practicum sessions.
• Participating in and contributing to research projects conducted by lecturers by assisting in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
• Assisting in the development of laboratory experiments to improve students' practical learning experiences.
