Rizqi Dwi Ryan Ramadhani

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, University of Surabaya 2023. In college, I became a Assistant Lecturer in the Human Capital Management course, helping students to understand how the role of Psychology in Industry & Organization. I have also been a Freelance in 2022 at PT Sakti Indonesia Sertifikasi (SIS) as Administration for approximately 1 month.

Equipped with training certifications that support careers. I have a strong interest in joining the Human Resources Staff, Highly motivated in effective human resource management to optimize performance.

1. Saat menjadi Mahasiswa saya pernah menjadi Asisten Dosen pada mata kuliah Human Capital Management. Membantu mahasiswa untuk memahami bagaimana peran psikologi terutama HR dalam perusahaan / organisasi.
2.  Pernah menjadi seorang Freelance sebagai Staff Administrasi pada perusahaan PT. Sakti Indonesia Sertifikasi (SIS), selama kurang lebih 1 bulan. Mengolah dan menerima data yang dikirimkan ke website perusahaan.
