- I redesigned the MedMinutes Product Examination Feature, increasing doctors' efficiency by in handling patients with the new Examination Feature interface.
- Creation of the newest Pharmacy feature: Pharmacy Warehouse, making it easier to manage inventory of medicines and goods in hospitals and clinics
- Conducting Training and Usability Testing yielded over 90% positive feedback on the Medminutes product.
- I have redesigned the MedMinutes product's On-Boarding feature, making it easier for users to register without having to undergo training.
- Reduce user complaints by creating a more effective design for the help center and improving the release notes for features.
- Reducing patient information security risks and enhancing operational efficiency by designing Log Activity Login and Medical Record systems.
- Improving the design system to facilitate speeding up the overall design process of the team.
- Creating a Responsive Online Queueing Website, Assisting users in online registration/appointment scheduling.
