• Observed and monitored cement production across 8+ process units, evaluating process conditions through differential pressure (ΔP) and bag filter cleaning time.
• Conducted CFD analysis using ANSYS on a two-inlet–one-outlet ducting system with 6 bend-angle variations (30°–90°) to evaluate pressure drop and flow characteristics.
• Identified the lowest pressure drop of 212.91 Pa at 60° and the highest of 405.34 Pa at 75°, providing insights for ducting design evaluation.
• Prepared and presented technical reports covering process observations, CFD methodology, and simulation results.
