During my work experience at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya for Graduate Program for 2.5 years (2015 – 2018),
I played a pivotal role in marketing activation, strategically deploying promotional and engagement activities. These efforts were aimed at creating awareness and interest in the program's offerings among the target audience. My responsibilities included organizing events, supporting social media campaigns, cultivating partnerships, and conducting outreach efforts to boost enrollment, elevate the program's reputation, and enhance student engagement.
Building upon this foundation, one of my proudest achievements occurred during my tenure at Maxpower Group (Member of MEDCO) as corporate communication (2020 - 2023). Here, I spearheaded a successful collaboration with PLN Batam, our esteemed client, showcasing my proficiency in event coordination and partnership cultivation. As the chief organizer and Master of Ceremony for this sustainable seminar, I orchestrated an event that brought together VIP invitees, including the entire board of directors of PLN, renowned multinational speakers, and prestigious sponsors such as GE, Kawasaki, Shell, and more.
