A self-driven, collaborative, resourceful, and creative English language teacher who has 25 years of teaching experience. I taught English language in two different schools, and I have always felt eager to deliver a variety of class levels. When I was teaching in my previous workplace, I was recognized for my achievements by winning the National Best English Trainer three times.
During my tenure at English First Cirebon, I taught a variety of levels and children's classes. I also helped support classroom supplementary materials for children's classes, such as creating board games and activities. I gave a variety of student levels class play to perform to build their confidence when learning English.
During my tenure at English First Bandung, I taught a variety of levels, children's classes, and paper based TOEFL. I also helped support classroom supplementary materials for children's classes, such as creating board games and activities. I worked for two different centers in Bandung areas: EF Cipaganti (2005-2007) and EF BKR (2007-2012).
I made and modified lesson plans, from teaching small groups to classes of up to 60 members. I conducted a variety of offline and online classes like Encounter, Complementary, Social Club, Chat Hour, and Pro Skill Business, and student's events during my tenure at Wall Street English. I was recognized for my achievements by winning the National Best English Trainer three times (2019, 2022, 2023).
The teaching methodology, based on the experience working for Wall Street English, is blended learning which I apply offline and online. I let students learn English in the same way as they learned their native language as a child. I use visual aids such as PowerPoint to support the learning of students in class. They focus on listening, speaking, grammar, and they learn through trial and error.
