Silmi Morita

I work in a school library as a library secretary. I graduated from Universitas Indonesia, majoring Library Science and have been working in an international school library for about 5 years.

I used to be an intern at UNHCR (8 months) mainly doing physical record and archives. I also did an internship at ASEAN Centre for Energy (6 Months) handling the creation of the knowledge hub. I also did an internship at Global Jaya School prior to my graduation as a librarian.

I got my degree in Library Science in 2018 from Universitas Indonesia. I'm going to pursue MA in Librarianship at University of Sheffield, with focus on school libraries and children and young adult services.
