- Inspect and testing the welding of newbuilding construction
- Inspect and testing the welding of newbuilding piping system and ensure the quality to be witnessed by Class Surveyor
- Inspect and ensure the electrical system according electrical schematic drawing
- Inspect interior work in lining, ceiling, flooring accomodation, bedroom, wheelhouse
- Supervise function test machinery

Project Leader ( Kepala Project) at Daya Radar Utama (2008-11 – 2025-02)
Project Lead Newbuilding Construction, & Painting and Sandblasting Coordinator - kapal Tugboat, kapal Ferry, kapal Patroli, Pilot Boat, Kapal Landing Craft Utility
- Planning and prepare the execution of master schedule and network erection of the newbuilding, from early, middle process to finish production and coordinate to Management, Engineering Design, Procurement and Planning Control Division for provide the entire needs for production.
- Ensure and manage labours, the subcontractor ( hull and piping) and production division team ( shipyard facility, outfitting, propulsion, facility, electrical, mechanic, and interior) ready and prepare for the project and coordinate to execute as timeline begins per division
- Ensure the steel plate and profile material (class certificate), piping and valve material, welding equipment, consumable, tools, supporting facility, steel block table ready for starting the production
- Instruct, Supervise and Inspect the subcontractor work for ship hull construction block weldings (welding check delegated to shipyard QC) and assembly ( from parts, sub assembly, assembly)
- Coordinate and report to Ship owner ( Satgas TNI AD, Satgas TNI AL, Satgas Polair) the progress of the projects
- Coordinate to Planning Control Division ( PPC), Report and lead per term official meeting with ship owner, (pengawas dari Kementrian Pertahanan, Satgas TNI AD, Satgas TNI AL, Satgas Polair)
- Coordinate to Class Surveyor and delegate to shipyard QC
- Prepare and Supervise the hull construction block Erections schedule, material, facility, crane, labour
- Instruct, Supervise and Inspect the subcontractor work for piping, welding (welding check delegated to shipyard QC), arrangement and up to function test
- Instruct, Supervise and Inspect work for Electrical, arrangement on board, Cable tray, Cable, MSB, ESB, Panel and the function test
- Supervise, Inspect and Coordinating work for function test of ship machinery, main engine, generator, pumps, engineroom equipment, windlass, winches
- Ensure and prepare the material, consumables for function test
- Instruct, Supervise and Inspect work for Interior and ensure the frame, alumunium panels, bolting and accomodation equipment ready
- Instruct and Supervise the work of sandblasting and painting, estimate the paintings bill of material
- Planning the launching of the ship with engineering and ship launching team
- Prepare and Supervise for launching of the ship, prepare for labours and material to install the craddle, instruct for ship launching team to set the airbag according to airbag arrangement and to launch
- Prepare the Inclining test according Inclining test engineering procedure and instruct teams to perform.
- Coordinate to ship owner, worthiness, government, Class surveyor
- Coordinate to management, ship owner, worthiness, government, Class surveyor and all shipyard divisions to participate and perform sea trial and instruct all divisions to handle each of sea trial procedures
- Ensure all the recomendation and comment from ship owner ( satgas), from Engineering, from Class Approval, Class Surveyor, Shipyard QC done and finished before delivery
