As anF&B Manager responsible for achieve target revenue in Food & Beverages Dept, Maintain Food cost 28% - 32%, Beverages cost 18% - 22%, Offline online marketing, KPI objective, Cost efficiency, recruiting, training and managing the F&B team, including waiters, barista, chefs and other staff ensure that the team works efficiently, meets service standards guest satisfactions, and maintains product quality.
Involved in planningand developing attractive food and beveragemenus that suit the needs of restaurants guests and working with chefs to create innovativedishes, ensuring menu variety, and meeting guests' dietary needs and preferences. Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, and room service, ensure fast, efficient and high-quality service to hotel guests, monitor stock availability, organize work schedules and manage operational budgets. In marketingand promotional strategies to increase F&B sales in restaurants, working with the marketing team to develop promotional programs, organize special events, and collaborate with business partners, responsible for monitoring and controlling operational costs, including raw material procurement, inventory management, and F&B financial supervision.
