Develop strategies, annual activitiy planning, and evaluate maintenance, repair, installation and utility management programs by taking into account the use of budgets in accordance with plans and historical data in order to achieve preventive maintenance targets and also maintain equipment conditions in prime condition both at outlets and heads office to encourage organizations to achieve business targets and increase the value of the company's competitive advantage.
Scoope area :
1 National with approximately 280 outlet and 3 Distribution center
2. Malaysia with 15 outlet already and every month will be increase

- Manage and maintenance operation of utility supply; steam, water chiller, cooling tower, nitrogen plant, generator and electrical on medium voltage (20 KV) include electrical equipment switchgear and others utility.
- Monitoring & reduce downtime machine and reduce energy supply internal intruption
Project Leader for Utility Expansion, list of below of the project :
- Water supply system
- HVAC
- Chiller and cooling tower installation
- Air Compressor
- Boiler
- WWTP & Water Recycle Plant
- Medium Voltage and Low Voltage ( 20KV and 400 V) installation
- GIS ( High Voltage Electrical Substation 150KV, 60 MVA)
