• Test & Inspect raw materials for transformers to prevent potential production failures
• Apply IEC, JIS, DIN, and SPLN standards for material quality
• Prepare Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) for NG materials and Good Receive Notes (GRN) for OK materials
• Conduct final Inspection before product delivery
• Perform quality assurance testing before the testing stage, including Visual Inspection & Dimensional Check
• Inspect key materials (Core Steel, Winding Coil) during transformer production
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct routine transformer testing, including Turn Test Ratio (TTR), Winding Resistance Test, Insulation Resistance (IR), No-Load Loss & Load Loss Test, Induced Voltage Test, and Power Frequency Test
• Implement SPLN 2020 and IEC-60076 standards in product testing
• Identify and analyze test failures to improve product quality
• Working together with the marketing team to commission the distribution transformer before taking it in for maintenance and repairs
• Supporting Warehouse and PPIC team for transformers loading before delivered it to the customers

• Conduct final inspection (docking) of products and monitoring it process to ensure it meet standard qualification
• Sort and isolate NG or potentially defective products
• Implementing a check sheet to collect data on inspected products and use it to complete documents for delivery
• Ensure availability of replacement parts for rejected products

Maintenance (Intern) - PT Indorama Polyester Div - Jatiluhur, Purwakarta, West Java

• Maintain and repair winder/threading machines, such as replacement gearbox and bobin holder
