Carrying out updated technical documentation for customer priority & signature
Responsible for the level of complaints and priority & signature customer satisfaction
Responsible for analyzing network performance and customer priority & signature problems
Conduct regular meetings related to discussing SLA performance reports
Improve and maintain good relationships with priority & signature customers, as well as finding out customer needs as opportunities for upsells
Accompany priority & signature customer problem handling visits if needed
Create customer priority & signature SLA reports
Providing consultations to priority & signature customers regarding services and products
Direct priority & signature customers to add services and products
