Comtrade 360Comtrade 360, a member of the Comtrade Group, helps businesses stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital world. For more than 30 years, we have accelerated innovation and growth by providing solutions to key technology partners.
Due to continued growth, we're expanding our engineering teams and looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help build, operate, and continuously improve our CI/CD platform and supporting infrastructure services.
You'll be part of the team responsible for a high‑impact, enterprise-level support portal.
System PurposeThe enterprise support portal serves as the primary operational interface for the entire lifecycle of a global hardware and software product portfolio.
It acts as a high‑availability aggregation layer that abstracts and unifies dozens of heterogeneous backend systems. The platform enables customer self‑service, provides secure access to software and documentation, and acts as the main interaction point for enterprise support offerings.
For engineers, the platform represents a significant integration and reliability challenge. It delivers a seamless, performant, and secure "single pane of glass" while coordinating real‑time transactions across a historically layered, globally distributed infrastructure.
This is not merely a content repository — it is a mission‑critical transactional engine that ensures customers receive the updates, services, and support required to run large‑scale datacenter environments.
Real‑time validation of complex customer contracts to protect intellectual property.
End‑to‑end handling of technical support cases, including automated routing, status tracking, and secure log file ingestion.
Instant retrieval of warranty, SLA, and lifecycle details by querying operational ledgers using hardware identifiers.
Context‑aware indexing and smart retrieval to surface the exact software, drivers, or documentation needed.
