Full-Stack Engineer- Dublin – 4 Days Onsite- €60,000 – €65,000 Benefits- Cpl Recruitment are partnering with a global organisation currently expanding its engineering function in Dublin. This opportunity will suit a mid-level Full-Stack Engineer looking to join a collaborative team working on modern enterprise applications within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across both backend and frontend development, supporting the delivery of scalable applications and helping drive continuous improvement across engineering practices.The RoleAs a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to build and enhance modern applications across a distributed environment. You’ll gain exposure to large-scale systems, cloud-native tooling, and Agile delivery practices while contributing across the full software development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain full-stack applications across backend and frontend technologies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions- Support API and microservices-based development initiatives- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices- Assist with system integrations and event-driven architectures- Support CI/CD and automated deployment processes- Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues- Contribute to testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiativesExperience & Background- 3–6 years’ experience in full-stack software development- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot development- Frontend development experience with Angular- Experience working with REST APIs and microservices- Exposure to SQL databases and distributed systems- Understanding of Agile development methodologies- Strong communication and collaborative working style- Experience with cloud, containerisation, or DevOps tooling would be beneficial- Must have Minimum 1G Spousal/Stamp 4 VisaTech Stack- Java, Spring Boot- Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS- REST APIs & Microservices- Kafka- Oracle / SQL Server- Docker & Kubernetes- CI/CD pipelines- Git & JiraWhat’s on Offer- Salary: €60,000 – €65,000- Hybrid model with 4 days onsite in Dublin- Strong benefits package including healthcare, pension, life assurance, wellness supports, and flexible benefits options- Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise platforms- Collaborative team environment with strong career growth opportunities
