Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular)

An established financial client of ours is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic development team working on business-critical platforms.

Responsibilities:

Design and build scalable applications across the full technology stack

Develop user interfaces using modern Angular frameworks

Implement backend services using Java and related frameworks

Create and integrate RESTful services across internal and external systems

Work alongside cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions

Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint deliverables

Review code and support continuous improvement initiatives

Assist with troubleshooting and production issue resolution

Provide guidance and support to less experienced developers

Required Experience:

Strong commercial experience in full stack software development (approx. 8+ years)

Proven expertise in Java (modern versions) and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot

Solid front-end development experience with Angular

Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles

Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST)

Background working in Agile teams

Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tooling (. Git, build pipelines)

Experience working with containerised environments (. Docker, Kubernetes)

Strong experience with relational databases
