HSEQ Advisor

Location: Cork / Limerick / Clare / Kerry

Salary: €48,000 - €55,000 DOE

Job Type: Permanent

Essential: Full Driving Licence and Access to Own Vehicle.

A leading infrastructure and civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support project teams across a diverse portfolio of civil engineering, utility and infrastructure developments throughout Munster.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects while helping drive best practice in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Deliver inductions and toolbox talks.
• Review subcontractor Safety Statements and RAMS.
• Support site management teams on HSEQ matters.
• Assist with accident investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety legislation.
• Monitor project HSEQ performance and reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive safety culture.

Requirements

• Level 7 or higher qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant Health & Safety experience.
• Experience within construction, civil engineering, utilities, infrastructure or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience carrying out audits, inspections and compliance monitoring.
• Full clean driving licence.

• ISO management systems exposure.
