I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Care and Education. I am currently the Deputy Manager in an ECCE setting, where I support children's learning and development while helping to lead the daily running of the preschool. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Deputy Manager & Early Years Practitioner – ECCE Setting
Support the day-to-day management of the preschool.
Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Complete observations, assessments and learning records.
Ensure compliance with Tusla regulations and preschool policies.
Mentor and support staff where required.
