I am a teacher of Art, Craft and Design for over 20 years. I have been very lucky to learn new skills along my journey; weaving, tapestry, spinning wool to yarn, woodburning and a host of other craft and art skills. I enjoy fitness and health very much, from coaching basketball teams to my personal fitness programme in the morning- its a positive aspect to my mental and physical well being.
