Chartered Accountant (SA) and MBA-qualified finance executive with 25+ years of international leadership experience across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Australia. Proven track record leading finance transformation, treasury, M&A, ERP implementation, and strategic growth initiatives within multinational, infrastructure, manufacturing, telecoms, FMCG, and investment-led organisations.
Held CFO and Finance Director roles across businesses with revenues exceeding €500m and large multi-country operations, partnering Boards and executive teams to strengthen governance, improve operational performance, manage complex funding structures, and support strategic investment decisions. Successfully led large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, refinancing initiatives, acquisitions and disposals, and financial governance improvements, while delivering measurable improvements in reporting, liquidity management, cost control, and business performance.
Most recently worked with EY Dublin supporting Group Reporting and finance transformation activities for the National Transport Authority, bringing both international leadership capability and recent Irish market experience.
