I have over 25 years’ experience across logistics, operations, postal and courier services, people management and customer service. Most recently, I worked as a Logistics and People Manager within Defence Postal & Courier Services, leading teams of up to 85 personnel and managing secure, time-critical operations. My experience includes the receipt, processing and despatch of mail and consignments, secure handling of sensitive and high-value items, mail compliance, access control, auditing, asset accountability and international logistics.

I have coordinated movements by air, land and sea and worked closely with customs authorities, government departments, freight carriers and other external stakeholders. I also have experience in project management, recruitment outreach, staff training, mentoring and performance management, together with earlier civilian experience in sales, customer service and technical support.
