Taking care of complete Procurement (materials, Long Lead equipment & subcontractor). I have strong product knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, BMS, ELV, LPG, FF & FA.
Manage several projects simultaneously, across various stakeholders and spend categories while being able to prioritize effectively to support and achieve on-time delivery of requirements and site launch dates.
Review Project specifications, vendor list, and Drawings to minimize the cost of the project and work on the value engineering if required. Prepare procurement log as per the contract document in line with the project requirements and baseline.
Preparing price & technical comparison for project materials, PreparingLOI, PO, LOA, and contract for the hire of subcontractors and vendors for the execution of projects.
Work closely alongside the project team, cost control department, planning team, and legal team in the arrangement of claims of time extensions as well as cost variations for projects.
Follow up to ensure material is delivered on time matching with a budget and lead time schedule of the placement order.
Sourcing new suppliers & service providers negotiating prices, payment terms, and necessary terms to fulfill the project requirements. Build long-term relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Take quantity from the drawings to get quotations according to project spec and vendor list, supporting the estimation/tender team whenever required.
Bachelor of Science in Electronics &Communication.
I am a Certified international procurement professional from the International Academy of Business & Financial Management.
