Dear Hiring Manager,

I am from the French southern territories (Reunion Island). I graduate last year at the University of East Anglia. My degree is about study of languages, specifically the English language. I started to work in Portugal at Teleperformance since September 2022 until June 2023 as a Customer Service Agent. My work was about helping people on their businesses on social media (Facebook, Instagram). It could be about ad account, billings issues or even hacked account. It helped to work in a fast-paced environment with international clients and be multitasked.

Thanks to my love for travelling, I am currently looking for a new country to live in and share my can-do and positive attitude.

In my previous position, I worked primarily with clients who came from the French and English Market, and they have their businesses on Facebook and on Instagram, but they encounter issues. They contacted me through different channels but most of the time, they contacted me by chat, which required a quick understanding of the situation and a strong attention to detail. More importantly, it is about treating them individually and bond a connection by calling them. For instance, in my first 3 months I was able to achieve more than 70% of results thanks to the satisfaction of my clients.

I started a degree in 2019 about English Languages at the University of Reunion Island. It was about the study of grammar, translation, pronunciation and litterature. I completed my degree in the UK at the University of East Anglia as an exchange student. I graduated last year in 2022.
