Ryan Thiebaut

I'm a 3rd year mechanical and electrical engineering student at the ECAM, Lyon, France, looking for an 8 to 13 week applied internship from June 2023. I speak French and English and although I live in France, I have family in Dublin and I have a full driving licence so I can travel if necessary. My chosen speciality in my 3rd year is “Sustainable Energy and Environmental Engineering” so I would be particularly interested in any company working on projects that aim to improve energy efficiencies and cost reduction, as well as projects that concern energy transition and the design of new energy facilities.

• 2022 - July & August - Camping Receptionist - responsible for welcoming clients, in particular non French speaking, as well as taking bookings and managing the distribution of available plots.
• 2021 - July - Work experience installing air conditioners in domestic homes.
• 2017-2021 - July - Summer job assisting an electrician in private homes.

• 2020 - Present - Ecam, Lyon, France - Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering taught in English.
• 2017 - 2020 - Jules Guesde International Lycée, Montpellier, France – baccalauréat (scientific option) - mention assez bien.
