AI Solution Manager

This role sits at the intersection of technology and impact - identifying real organizational needs and translating them into scalable, AI-driven solutions.This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes AI technology, stays ahead of the rapidly evolving landscape, and knows how to turn cutting-edge capabilities into real-world solutions.What Youll DoCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can solve complex business and internal problemsEvaluate and select the right AI tools and models (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.) based on use case, limitations, cost, performance, and scalabilityDesign and implement AI-powered solutions and internal automations using LLM APIs and workflow platforms (e.g., N8N, Workato)Build and optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, and AI agents while understanding model limitations and trade-offsArchitect scalable AI workflows and integrations across systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, , etc.)Lead hands-on projects from ideation to rollout, iterating rapidly to deliver valueStay up to date with emerging AI capabilities and continuously evaluate new tools and frameworksEducate and guide the organization how to adopt and use wisely AI tools and models.Requirements: 5+ years experience in business operations/ business applications/ product management2+ years Experience building or working within an AI-focused teamHeavy knowledge with prompt engineering best practices and LLM limitationsDeep practical experience with modern generative AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.)Hands-on expertise with AI development and automation tools:N8N or comparable workflow automation platformsAI agent frameworks and orchestration toolsUnderstanding of RAG, vector databases, MCP and LangChain multi-agent systemsProven track record of building functional AI solutions from concept to productionStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex challengesSolution-oriented approach with focus on practical outcomes and business impactKnowledge of AI ethics, safety considerations, and responsible AI practices.This position is open to all candidates.
