AI System Analyst

An Israels leading provider of SaaS-based software solutions for comprehensive Human Capital Management, is seeking for an experienced System Analyst to join an innovative team focused on developing and implementing AI-based solutions. This role involves leading end-to-end system analysis processes for complex systems, working closely with development, data, and business teams.Responsibilities:Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specificationsDefine and design AI-based systemsCollaborate with stakeholders including business users and development teamsSupport development, testing, and implementation processesDefine and document system integrations and APIsRequirements: At least 3 years of experience as a System AnalystBachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fieldProven experience writing functional and technical specification documentsStrong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile / Scrum)Familiarity with AI-based systemsAbility to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)This position is open to all candidates.
