Algorithm Developer – Computer Vision & AI

we are looking for an Algorithm Developer specializing in Computer Vision & AI to join a technology focused team working on complex, real world systems.

The role focuses on designing, developing, testing and optimizing computer vision and AI algorithms, from research and prototyping through integration into production environments.

What will you do?

• Develop and optimize computer vision and AI algorithms
• Work with image/video processing and pattern recognition
• Research and implement state of the art algorithms and methodologies
• Analyze large datasets and improve model performance
• Develop and test algorithms using Python, C++ and relevant frameworks
• Collaborate with software, product and engineering teams to integrate algorithms into production
• Optimize solutions for performance and real world hardware constraints
• Document methodologies and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in Algorithm Development
• Experience developing Computer Vision / AI algorithms
• Strong background in Image Processing, Pattern Recognition or Signal Processing
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++
• Experience with frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong mathematical foundation; background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in a relevant technical field
• Experience taking algorithms from research/prototype into production – an advantage
• Experience working with real-world hardware or high-performance systems – an advantage

Location: Rehovot, Israel

• Work model: On-siten environments and optimizing for performance on real-world hardware is an advantage.
• Background in working with complex or high-security systems (e.g., finance, defense, or critical infrastructure) is beneficial.
