Required Algorithm Validation Team LeadJerusalemFull timeWhat will your job look like:Lead and develop a team focused on algorithm validation, data analysis and ground truth generation, and automation processes.Perform deep analysis of complex system behavior in order to identify issues, investigate root causes, and propose solutions.Define validation strategies, test suites, and KPIs that will ensure robust evaluation of algorithm performance.Identify gaps in existing validation processes and drive the definition of new tests and methodologies.Define requirements and priorities for tools and automation that support large-scale data analysis and validation workflows.Work closely with Algorithm, Product, Data/Labeling, and other FPA teams to improve validation methodologies and system understanding.Promote analytical thinking and structured investigation processes within the team.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, software development, or algorithm-related roles, with a strong focus on analytical thinking and problem solving.BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Strong technical ability to investigate complex systems and analyze black box behavior.Previous experience in team leadership or leading technical teams - an advantageExperience working with machine learning / AI / computer vision systems - an advantage.Experience defining validation processes, test methodologies, or performance evaluation frameworks - an advantage.This position is open to all candidates.
