Algorithms Manager

We are looking for an Algorithms Manager who will lead the design and implementation of the automotive imaging radar Algorithms stack.What will you do?Lead the team which defines and scales up our radar high performance algorithms and make them meet the ADAS and Autonomous Vehicles standards and beyondDrive and consistently improve our radar performanceIdentify key areas of Next Generation improvements, recommend research directions and system solutionsDesign, develop and implement Radar data analysis methodologyBe a knowledge source for automotive radar KPIsWork closely with different stakeholders that include external customers and internal interfaces like SW, HW, and others.Requirements: MSc/ PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fieldsMore than 5 years experience in Algo research and developmentAt least 5 years experience in leading an algorithm teamProven experience in independent research workProven track record in delivery on scheduleFast and self-learning, self-directed and motivated capabilitiesReadiness to work in a challenging start-up environmentA team playerPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with radar algorithms and system, especially in the automotive fieldHands-on experience implementing, validating, and testing complex algorithms.This position is open to all candidates.
