AppSec Program Manager

We are looking for an AppSec Program Manager, who will be part of the PMO Team responsible for development projects across the companys portfolio. This is a multi-site role across Rehovot and Tel Aviv.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Customer Support to deliver impactful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:As a Program Manager, you will be part of the PMO Team, responsible for development projects across the companys portfolio.You will work alongside our exceptional team of professionals in Product Management, Development, Operations, Marketing, IT, Customer Support and more.You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of software development projects.You will own, orchestrate, and communicate release and post-release management activities.Your responsibility will cover the projects lifecycle from end to end, from concept, through definition, development, testing, release and post release activities, till product end of lifeRequirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in BSc/MBA/Management - Engineering or Computer science is preferred.5 years of Industry experience within 3+ years of professional experience as a Program Manager or a similar role.Experience in managing software, hardware, IT, or similar development projects - must.Superior self-motivation, integrity, interpersonal skills, and a natural troubleshooter.Eager to learn new technologies and solve problems.Strong detail-orientation.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Well organized and Process Oriented with the ability of multitasking.This position is open to all candidates.
