Assistant Controller

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset and a strong interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making within the finance function are highly valued.Responsibilities Take a significant part in the process of closing the reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under US GAAP Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax return reports Working closely with other teams in the finance departments (locally and globally) Work closely with external auditors and authorities Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls across financial operations Support SOX compliance and internal control testing Handle ad-hoc projects as neededRequirements: CPA with 2-3 years of accounting experience (in one of the Big Four accounting firms), preferably in the high-tech industry Strong knowledge of US GAAP;

experience with US public companies - an advantage Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) - an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)This position is open to all candidates.
