Backend Developer

we are looking for an experienced Backend Developer that lives and breathes technology to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing backend systems that connect and integrate with customer environments. You will work closely with customers, field engineers, and product teams and be an integral part of the thought and design process of our methodologies and practices which guide us in the critical path of customer onboarding, integration and data flow.

The role requires creativity, research and problem-solving skills as well as deep technical knowledge and the ability to deep-dive into complex and difficult problems.What you will do:Design and implement backend systems that connect and integrate with customer environmentsIdentify, collect and model data from large-scale environmentsStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in backend developmentDevelop reliable production-grade code which will run side-by-side with customer applications in scaleDive into a world of endless technologies and explore the latest and greatest cutting-edge software programming languages and frameworksCollaborate with the product team to create a seamless integration and onboarding process for our customers, including designing the workflow and features that will make the experience as smooth and efficient as possibleDevelop key components in the companys architecture, supporting complex use-cases for the present and futureDevelop concurrently at immense scale, with billions of requests for hundreds of customers every dayLead major changes, taking initiative and influencing the products technical and business growthWork with your teammates to guide R&D through the evolution of the platform, advising and influencing at every scopeTake end-to-end responsibility for your code, through development, testing, rollout and scale-upRequirements: 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development with languages such as Golang, Python, Java, or C/C The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies as neededStrong problem-solving, sense of ownership and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environmentFamiliarity with Cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, or Azure is an advantageStrong experience with operating systems internals is an advantage.5 years of experience, in at least 2 positionsMentality of a team player, with a capability to see the big picture, and use it to focus on critical detailCapability and will to take responsibility and have a deep influenceExperience with backend and microservice patternsThis position is open to all candidates.
